You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and participate in contests. Businesses must be legally registered entities able to enter into binding agreements.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
Contests are skill-based and judged by AI, not chance. Participants are required to submit creative responses. Winners are selected based on creativity, originality, and relevance.
You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. Businesses must not submit misleading or false information about the prizes or their organization.
Participants grant Tombla.io and the contest-hosting business a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use submitted responses for marketing, research, and display purposes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion for violations of these Terms or misuse of the platform.
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of AI judgments or user-generated content.
Tombla.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the platform.
